STOPGELMINI. The implementation of the reform in water on all sides and the rectors do not know how to get on.
The obligation to revise the statutes of the universities to adapt the law Gelmini sparked chaos at Italian universities. The text approved by Parliament, in fact, is at the same time very hard time in marking and very general in establishing the modalities of implementation. In practice, nobody knows what must be done, but the important thing is to do it fast and try to please the minister.
